Head of Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to build and manage our recruitment efforts from scratch. As the first person in this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the talent acquisition strategy, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, and personally working with candidates to identify and attract top talent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for all positions across the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates

  • Personally work with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience and to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet those needs

  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization

  • Leverage various recruitment channels to identify and attract passive and active candidates, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events

  • Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, including conducting training on interviewing and candidate selection best practices

  • Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and incorporate them into the company's recruitment strategies and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role

  • Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles in a high-growth startup or technology company

  • Strong understanding of best practices in recruitment and talent management, including candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection techniques

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions and strategies

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies to manage the hiring process

  • Passion for clean energy and the mission of our company

  • Proven ability to personally work with candidates throughout the recruitment process

  • Fluent in Swedish and English
