ABG Sundal Collier Holding ASA: ABG Sundal Collier enters exclusive wealth management partnership with Söderberg & Partners

ABG Sundal Collier ASA ("ABGSC") and Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management AB ("Söderberg & Partners") have today signed an exclusive partnership agreement offering Söderberg & Partners' wealth management clients access to investment opportunities related to equity capital market transactions managed by ABGSC.

Through the partnership agreement, Söderberg & Partners' clients will get access to investment opportunities in IPO processes, pre-IPO processes and private placements. In return, Söderberg & Partners will also be able to offer ABGSC's clients its market-leading wealth management solutions.

"We are very happy to announce this partnership with Söderberg & Partners, and we are excited to be able to provide its clients with new investment opportunities. Through this co-operation, we further strengthen the already impressive placing power that has made us the leading investment bank in the Nordics that enables businesses and capital to grow and perform", says Jonas Ström, CEO of ABGSC.

"To be able to tap into ABGSC's transaction activities gives us the opportunity to offer our clients even more diversified investment opportunities. This broadens our already strong investment portfolio and adds a new flavour that we believe is highly attractive to this particular client segment. Over the years, ABGSC has proven to be the leading Nordic investment bank with superior transaction experience, excellent relations with institutional investors and high-quality research. We already have an existing co-operation with ABGSC regarding equity research, and we really look forward to further expand our co-operation through this partnership", says Joel Grönberg, CEO of Söderberg & Partners Wealth Management.

Also, for some time, ABGSC has recognised growing demand for its investment banking transactions from high net worth individuals and family offices.

"We have been looking for an opportunity to tap into the wealth management segment for some time, as we have seen an increased demand related to our transactions. Söderberg & Partners was the preferred partner for ABGSC because of its established track record of creating great value for its clients and because of its capital-strong client base to whom we can offer investment opportunities that they otherwise would not have access to. ABGSC and Söderberg & Partners complement each other perfectly, and we look forward to a long and prosperous co-operation", says Jonas Ström.
