K-Fast Holding AB begins cooperation with the construction and real estate group Kilenkrysset with the aim of developing more rental apartments in the Mälardalen region.
K-Fast Holding AB ("K-Fastigheter") starts a jointly owned company with Kilenkrysset AB ("Kilenkrysset") to operate in the Mälardalen region and build K-Fastigheter's concept house for long-term management of the condominiums developed by Kilenkrysset. The new company will operate under the name K-Fast Kilen AB and K-Fastigheter will hold 51 percent of the share capital.
"With this collaboration, K-Fastigheter will have access to many and attractive building rights in a growth area that is important to us. Kilenkrysset is a large landowner and can supply our joint company with land in areas that K-Fastigheter deems suitable for the construction of apartments in our three concept buildings," says Jacob Karlsson, CEO of K-Fast Holding AB.
"Kilenkrysset with its geographical proximity and with its broad network will also assist K-Fastigheter in the procurement of infrastructure and land contracts attributable to future housing production.
