Starbreeze AB (publ) ("Starbreeze") today announces that the total number of shares in the company increased by 362,304,633 shares during September 2020, of which the number of shares of series A increased by 84,714,624 and the number shares of series B increased by 277,590,009, as a result of the previously announced rights issue as well as the company's ongoing conversion program. The number of votes increased by 1,124,736,249.

Prior to the rights issue, there were a total of 362,304,633 shares in Starbreeze, of which 84,729,084 shares of series A and 277,575,549 shares of series B, corresponding to a total of 1,124,866,389 votes.

The rights issue of 84,729,084 shares of series A and 277,575,549 shares of series B was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office in September 2020, whereby the number of shares in Starbreeze increased by 362,304,633.

In accordance with the articles of association, shares of series A shall, upon request of a holder of such shares, be converted into shares of series B. In September 2020, 14,460 shares of series A were converted into shares of series B, which did not change the total number of shares but reduced the number of votes.

As of 30 September 2020, there are a total of 724,609,266 shares in Starbreeze, of which 169,433,708 shares of series A and 555,165,558 shares of series B, corresponding to a total of 2,249,602,638 votes.
