ISS, a leading global provider of facility services, today announces a new partnership with Barclays Bank. ISS will oversee and deliver facilities management services to Barclays operations in the UK, Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
This new partnership will deliver an integrated facilities management platform across these Barclays locations.
To support this ISS will design and implement a new Management Information System ‘In-sight@ISS’ that allows information to be collated, reviewed and analysed on a global basis to inform and support management decisions. This system will provide Barclays and ISS with real time data on the performance of the Bank’s global facilities management services.
"We are extremely proud and excited that Barclays has chosen ISS for this groundbreaking new partnership within the global facility management industry. We are very much looking forward to working with Barclays to further develop the agreed services and the partnership in the years to come," said Jeff Gravenhorst, Group CEO for ISS A/S.
Barclays will become one of the largest global customers of ISS.
